Michele is the Executive Vice President of Michaels & Associates, Inc and its affiliates Tri-State Special Marketing and Dental Claim Payors. Ms. Gasparre is a 20 year veteran in the insurance industry in both property and casualty and employee benefits.

Ms. Gasparre attended Whither College and is a graduate of Pace University
with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is a member of Society of Human Resource Management and Employer Council on Flexible Compensation. She is a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health Broker. Ms. Gasparre, her husband and daughter reside in Southeast New York.
